Just like ASUS took the world by storm and popularized the netbook — only to soon be copied by every computer manufacturer in the market – so it begins with the nettop as well.  Acer, who has made a very strong Eee PC competitor in the form of the Acer Aspire One, is now looking to take on the Eee Box with their own version of the diminutive desktop computer.

We’ve known for a while that manufacturers were going to be making the jump to 16:9 aspect ratio panels, and it looks like that day is finally come.  Many of the new panels we’ve seen over the past couple of months have been slowly moving away from the unspoken industry standard 16:10 wide aspect ratio (with resolutions like 1680×1050, 1920×1200, etc).  Today is no exception as Dell Canada’s website is showing the new SP2309.

Palit released a new 4870X2 with a few interesting features that comes overclocked from the factory.  The new Radeon HD 4870X2 “Revolution 700 Deluxe” features a 4870X2 with a

cooling system and four different video out ports.
